Privacy & report terms

This notice covers the Sponsorship Navigator operated by SGN Soccer, a business of NXMC Ventures LLC in San Diego, California.

What you share

When you access the Navigator, we collect your email, consent text and version, access date and source page. When you open a full report, we also save the sponsorship brief you entered: company, website, industry, business objectives, audiences, market, investment band, timing, preferences and any additional requirements. We record your report reference, shortlist and submission time. You do not need to provide your name or job title to access the tool.

Please use business contact details and avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential information you are not authorized to share.

How SGN uses it

We use your email to provide access and contact you about your sponsorship interests. We use any submitted brief to provide the report, understand your requirements, respond to your request and discuss relevant SGN strategy or campaign support. Agreeing to this use does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop following up at any time.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in SGN’s website database and available to authorized SGN personnel through the site’s administration tools. Our website hosting and infrastructure providers process information to run and secure this service. We do not publish submissions, sell them or use them for cross-context advertising. We do not automatically send your brief to clubs, rights holders, talent or sponsors.

An access cookie remembers this browser for up to 30 days. It contains a random access token, not your email. This is an email submission gate; we do not send a verification email or verify ownership of the submitted address. Clearing the cookie or using another browser requires you to enter your email again. The service processes technical request information and a short-lived pseudonymous identifier to limit abusive submissions. Hosting providers may also retain security and operational logs. A successful submission does not create a public link to your personal information.

Retention and your choices

SGN retains inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for follow-up, email hello@sgnsoccer.com with the subject “Navigator privacy request.” We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.

The public landing page and this notice are available without submitting an email. Using the Navigator requires an email address and consent. Your brief remains in the current page until you choose to open the full report, which saves it to SGN. Downloaded report copies are under your control.

What the report means

The Navigator provides an initial planning assessment using a defined scoring method and 30 opportunity profiles. Source-review dates are shown in the report. It does not perform live or open-ended AI research.

A recommendation or fit score does not confirm rights availability, prices, sponsorship inventory, audience performance, commercial results or an affiliation with SGN. Investment bands are planning inputs, not fee quotations. Verify current rights, category restrictions, evidence and commercial terms before committing funds. Submitting a brief does not establish a client engagement, reserve rights or create an obligation to purchase services.
