Research privacy & beta terms

This notice applies to the SGN Intelligence research-request beta. Return to the research form.

What we collect

Your email, research question, subject, markets, audience, research period, languages, optional business context and exclusions, consent version and submission date. Your research cutoff is fixed when the brief is saved. We also retain research records, source links, report revisions and SGN review decisions.

How your information is used

SGN uses this information to assess the request, prepare research and contact you about its scope or related advisory work. This agreement does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If SGN accepts a request for AI-assisted research, relevant brief content is sent to OpenAI to perform research and organize the report. Your contact email is kept out of that research prompt. Hosting and AI providers process data to operate their services. Please omit sensitive personal information and confidential documents during this beta.

Private access

The full link shown after submission provides access to the saved brief and, after approval, the report. Anyone holding that link can use it. Keep it private. We store a hash of the original access token. Separate SGN delivery links expire after 30 days. The beta does not verify ownership of submitted email addresses and does not send automatic confirmation emails.

Review, timing and availability

Submitting a question does not immediately start research. SGN first reviews its scope and available capacity. Research and reports may require clarification or may be declined. No completion time is guaranteed until SGN confirms it. There is no payment required to submit a brief; any separately commissioned work requires a separate agreement.

Evidence and limitations

Reports use accessible public sources and may contain gaps where audience, survey or commercial data are unavailable. AI-assisted drafts are withheld until SGN review. Source links, confidence labels and review do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Verify rights availability, fees, audience assumptions and other material commercial inputs before making a commitment. Submitting a brief does not create a client engagement or reserve commercial rights.

Retention and requests

SGN retains inquiry, research and consent records as needed to handle the request and maintain business records. To request access, correction, deletion or an end to follow-up, contact hello@sgnsoccer.com with your request reference. SGN may need to verify your connection to the request. Technical rate-limit records and hosting logs support abuse prevention and service operation.
