Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026

This policy covers sgnsoccer.com, operated by SGN Soccer, a business of NXMC Ventures LLC in San Diego, California. For questions or privacy requests, email hello@sgnsoccer.com.

Information you provide

Our project and talent-booking forms collect your name, company, email, optional phone number, selected service, and message. A talent brief can also include the engagement type, timing, location, budget guidance, preferred talent, and intended audience. We also receive information you send directly by email and retain relevant correspondence.

The Sponsorship Navigator collects access and planning information, while SGN Intelligence collects research briefs and related records. Their additional notices explain the information, permissions, and access arrangements specific to each tool: Navigator privacy & report terms and Research privacy & beta terms.

How we use information

SGN uses inquiry information to respond, clarify your requirements, prepare a proposal, and manage an agreed assignment. Tool submissions are used for the purposes described when you submit them. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can ask us to stop further marketing follow-up.

We also use technical information to understand website use, improve content and navigation, keep the service operating, and prevent abuse.

Forms, service providers, and sharing

Project and talent-booking submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit to SGN’s email inbox. FormSubmit and our email providers process those submissions to deliver and maintain the correspondence. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.

Website hosting, database, security, and analytics providers process information needed to operate their services. Tool records are stored in the website database. As explained in the Intelligence notice, accepted AI-assisted research may send relevant brief content to OpenAI; the contact email is kept out of that research prompt.

SGN does not sell inquiry or tool-submission records. A website inquiry does not automatically forward your brief to talent, clubs, sponsors, or other prospective partners. Sharing needed for a commissioned assignment is discussed as part of that work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Analytics, cookies, and technical information

The site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, pages viewed, referral information, device and browser characteristics, link clicks, and successful form submissions. Analytics events identify the form type; our form-submission event does not include your name, email, phone number, or message. Website and security providers may process IP addresses and request logs.

Google Analytics may set or read cookies. Google describes its processing in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported.

Necessary access cookies support the Navigator and password-protected reports. The Navigator access cookie lasts up to 30 days; the report-access cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Clearing or blocking them may require you to sign in or submit your access details again. The site does not currently change analytics loading in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Retention and your choices

SGN retains inquiry, correspondence, project, research, and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, perform agreed work, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Provider logs and analytics are also subject to the providers’ retention arrangements and service settings.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or ask us to stop follow-up, by emailing hello@sgnsoccer.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include enough information to locate the relevant inquiry. We may need to verify your connection to the records and may retain information required for an existing obligation. Available rights depend on the law that applies to your request.

International visitors and external services

SGN operates in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Links to social platforms, project websites, and other external services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.

Children’s information

This website and its inquiry tools are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. Where an additional notice is required, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.
